Biography

Date of birth February 27, 1965, Technology Transfer Technician in the Validation and Transfer Unit of the province of Chimborazo at the National Institute for Agricultural Research (INIAP). The academic degrees he holds are a Master's in Local Development with a mention in formulation and evaluation of endogenous development projects from the Salesian Polytechnic University, Quito and Agricultural Engineer from the Central University of Ecuador. With extensive experience as a Master Facilitator of Training of Trainers events in Farmer Field Schools in the provinces of Cotopaxi, Tungurahua, Chimborazo.
