Biography

Agricultural Engineer, with a Master of Science in Integrated Pest Management, graduated from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD). Member of the Dominican Society of Agricultural and Forestry Researchers (SODIAF). Member of the National Career of Researchers, attached category. I work as a Researcher of the National Leguminous Program of the Dominican Institute of Agricultural and Forestry Research (IDIAF). Project leader: Validation of technologies to increase the productivity of sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas Lam), financed by: National Council for Agricultural and Forestry Research (CONIAF). Co-investigator of the project: Amplitude of the genetic base of the common bean Phaseolus vulgaris L. for its adaptation to biotic and abiotic limitations caused by climate change, financed by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology (MESCYT). Co-investigator of the project: Regional alliances for the dissemination of iron-rich beans in Latin American and Caribbean countries. Dominican Republic. Funder FONTAGRO.
