Biography

Andrea Milena Sierra Alarcón is an Animal scientist graduated from National university of Colombia, Bogotá campus in 2011. She obtained her master’s degree in Sustainable and Efficient Food Production from Aberystwyth university in 2023. She has been working on evaluation of forages (grass, legume, trees, and shrubs) for livestock nutrition in different ecosystem regions of Colombia. Has expertise in in vitro and in vivo methodologies to determine enteric methane emission.
