Biography

Agronomist from UNAD, and researcher at the Colombian Corporation of Agricultural Research (AGROSAVIA). I work as a research assistant and I am part of the roots and tubers network, participating in diferent projects within the Institute. With over 20 years of experience in crop production systems, including Achira, spring onion, fique, and fruit fly, I have also been involved in processes such as cocoa drying and achira starch, management of the fique defibering machine, and prototypes of sagú grating. I have skills to develop agricultural solutions, implementing new technologies for the field, participating in projects in field and laboratory testing phases, with a high level of responsibility, good teamwork, working efficiently under pressure in a proactive manner, and successfully proposing, developing, and completing innovative proposals.
