Biography

She obtained her degree in Biological Sciences at FCEYN-UBA in 2004 presenting the thesis Ing. Ríos. She joined Conicet that same year as a fellow. He carried out his doctoral thesis at Ingebi-Conicet and obtained his degree as a doctor of the University of Buenos Aires in the area of ??molecular biology of plants in 2010 presenting the thesis “Functional characterization of proteins of the aquaporins type in mature pollen of Arabidopsis Thaliana ”Under the direction of Dr. Muschietti. He performed his post-coach in tolerance to abiotic stress in plants. He entered Conicet researcher in 2012.

She is currently the Deputy Researcher of CONICET and a reference of the Laboratory "Non -conventional Improvement of Forage and Transgenic Bioinoculants". Its main research topics are: the functional characterization of aquaporins in symbiont nodules of legumes and the development of transgenic cultivars of alfalfa tolerant to herbicides tolerant .
